Developmental Action without Borders – Naba’a is a Lebanese non-governmental organization established in 2001, dedicated to empowering marginalized communities across Lebanon, with a special focus on children’s rights. We work without discrimination, serving individuals regardless of nationality, race, color, or religion, particularly within Lebanese local communities, Palestinian camps, and gatherings.

Through collaboration with local stakeholders, including families, teachers, NGOs, and governmental agencies, we aim to create sustainable change in education, protection, livelihoods, and emergency response. At Naba’a, we believe in collective participation to achieve our vision of inclusive and thriving communities.

At Naba’a, we take great pride in being the only NGO in Lebanon certified under the Core Humanitarian Standard (CHS) since 2016. This prestigious certification ensures that our work adheres to the highest standards of accountability, quality, and transparency in humanitarian action. Guided by CHS principles, we ensure that the communities we serve are at the heart of everything we do. Their voices actively shape the planning, implementation, and evaluation of our programs, creating continuous feedback loops that allow us to adapt and improve our services. We are committed to ensuring that these communities are not only empowered but also protected, safeguarding their dignity, rights, and well-being in all aspects of our work.
