Erica Kitzman

Erica Kitzman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Developmental Pathways since February 2014, Kitzman also held the roles of Vice President of People Strategies and Director of Human Resources at the same organization. Prior to this, Kitzman was the Director of HR at Qdoba Restaurant Corporation for over eleven years, where responsibilities included workforce planning and HR policy development. Earlier in their career, Kitzman worked as the National Recruiting Manager at Wild Oats Markets, Inc., where a national recruiting strategy was established. Kitzman earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver.
