Grace Cook

Grace Cook, MBA, MA, LPC, is an experienced behavioral health leader with over 15 years in case management, intake and assessment, and clinical operations. Currently, they serve as the Director of Case Management at Developmental Pathways, where they focus on supporting individuals with disabilities through compassionate leadership and innovative care coordination. Grace has previously held leadership roles at West Pines Behavioral Health, progressing from Lead Inpatient Psychiatric Case Manager to Manager of Case Management. They hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and recently obtained an MBA in Healthcare Management, along with a Professional Counseling License in Colorado.
