Karen Flores

Karen Flores currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Developmental Pathways since September 2021, having previously held the position of Vice President Finance at Nonprofit Management Services of Colorado from January 2014 to August 2021. With extensive experience in financial management, Karen has a strong background in overseeing accounting functions for various nonprofit organizations and supporting operational managers in making informed business decisions. Prior roles include Director of Finance at Developmental Pathways, Inc., Controller at Total Longterm Care Solutions, LLC, and Accounting Manager at AT&T Broadband, among others. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
