Kimberly Tenure is currently the Associate Director of Disability Policy at Developmental Pathways, where they advise leadership on policy issues and lead advocacy initiatives to advance disability rights. Previously, Kimberly served as the Education and Community Outreach Coordinator at the Arc of Arapahoe & Douglas Counties and held various adjunct teaching positions in political science and women's studies. Additionally, they were the Programs & Policy Director at the Autism Society of Colorado, where they played a vital role in implementing the Affordable Care Act. Kimberly earned a Master of Arts in International Studies from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Gettysburg College.
