Melanie Worley is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in both executive roles and public service. As Chief Executive Officer at Developmental Pathways since 2014, Melanie has successfully advocated for legislation such as the ABLE Act, enabling individuals with developmental disabilities to save money without losing essential benefits. Under Melanie's leadership, the organization enrolled a record 322 individuals into Medicaid Waiver Programs. Prior to this role, Melanie served as Vice-President of Communications & Public Affairs at Developmental Pathways and as a Commissioner for Douglas County, where significant state and federal funding was secured for crucial infrastructure improvements. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the Kansas City Art Institute.
