Ruth O'Neill

Ruth O'Neill is a Human Resources executive with extensive experience in Professional Services, Retail, and TMT industries. Currently, Ruth serves as the Head of People and Culture at DevelopmentWA and has previously held significant roles at Deloitte, including Program Senior Manager for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Ruth's earlier positions included Human Resources Project Consultant at AHG Ltd and Human Resources Advisor at Soul Telecommunications, where they provided strategic HR solutions and fostered organizational change. Ruth holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Psychology and Human Resources from Charles Sturt University and is a Certified Practitioner of Human Resources with distinction from the Australian HR Institute.
