Lindsey Moore

Lindsey M. is the CEO and Founder of DevelopMetrics, a women-owned data science firm, established in July 2021, that utilizes predictive analytics for impactful insights. Lindsey serves as a Special Government Employee with the U.S. General Services Administration since November 2024 and is a Research Fellow at the United Nations University-MERIT since January 2021. Previous roles include Lecturer in Development Policy & Practice at the University of Galway for a brief period in early 2024, and a Senior Economist at USAID from April 2011 to June 2021, where responsibilities encompassed economic policy and program management across Asia. Lindsey has also held previous positions as Regional Caribbean Economist and Acting Program Office Director, as well as Bangladesh Country Economist at USAID, in addition to serving as Director at Insource and Consultant at RCS Global Group. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Development Economics from the London School of Economics, a PhD in Economic Development & AI from the United Nations University-MERIT, and a BA in Political Science and African Studies from Trinity College-Hartford.
