In this role, Henrique oversees a team of 37 developers, managing the hiring process, enhancing team retention, and fostering transparent communication with clients across different time zones. Henrique also has a background as a Scrum Master and Project Manager, contributing to various international projects and guiding teams in adopting Agile practices. Prior to DevGrid, Henrique held programming roles at Procad Promob and ResulTiT, and possesses advanced degrees in Project Management and a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering from Unisinos and Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos.
