Shayna Smith

Shayna Smith is a seasoned technical lead at Devia, with experience supporting the Capital Access Grant Management System (CAPGEMS) Project. Prior to this role, Shayna worked at Microsoft from September 2005 to January 2013, where responsibilities included planning and designing automated tests for Windows Azure, mentoring new hires, and facilitating a training program for SDET trainees. Shayna began the career at Mentor 4 Inc. as a Recruiter/Account Recruit Manager, achieving significant billing success and recognition for recruitment efforts. Shayna holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Human Resource Management from Florida State University, completed in May 2004.
