Waihong L. has a robust background in retail and wholesale management, specializing in sales, customer service, and technical support. They served as a Section Commander with the Singapore Civil Defence Force from 2014 to 2015 before transitioning to various roles in retail, including Sales and Administration Coordinator at Devialet from 2021 to 2023. With experience in managing retail operations, building brand awareness, and providing customer relations, Waihong is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in International Business at Birmingham City University.
