John Rice's work experience begins in 2017 at EverQuote, where they worked as a Customer Success Manager. John then moved on to Threat Stack, Inc in 2019 and held the role of Customer Success Manager. In this position, they managed customer renewals and expansions, partnered with channels to deliver consistent service, and chaired the Culture Committee. John also assisted in onboarding new team members. In 2021, they joined F5 as a Customer Success Manager II, where they drove enablement and adoption, identified and communicated risk, and guided customers in their cloud strategies. Currently, in 2023, John is working at Device42 as a Senior Customer Success Manager.
John Rice received their High School Diploma from Xaverian Brothers High School in 2013, where they attended a Private College Preparatory School. From 2013 to 2017, they attended Roger Williams University and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology.
