Leonardo Flores

Leonardo Flores has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Leonardo started their professional career as an Analyst for LAN Airlines, where they gained valuable skills in database development and Java. After that, Leonardo worked at INACAP as a Java Programming Workshop Instructor, where they prepared and evaluated students in the IT field.

Leonardo then joined Tata Consultancy Services as a TEG Architect, responsible for designing and supporting projects. Leonardo played a key role in the renovation project of Transantiago's technological platform. Subsequently, at dimacofi S.A, they served as a Software Architect and was responsible for defining technological guidelines for a new product, integrating document management with multifunctional devices.

Returning to Tata Consultancy Services, Leonardo took on the role of Enterprise Regional LATAM Architect and Delivery Manager. Leonardo led teams in complex projects across various industries, including banking and retail. Leonardo managed accounts for Latam Airlines and WOM, building strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Leonardo Flores holds an MBA, Magíster en Gestión Empresarial, obtained from the Universidad Técnica Federico Santa Maria, where they studied from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the Universidad Tecnológica de Chile, earning a degree in Ingeniero Informático (Computer Engineering) from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Leonardo also obtained a certification in Architecting with Google Cloud Platform from Coursera in April 2019.
