Connor Kelley

Connor Kelley is an experienced production brewer currently employed at Golden Road Brewing since August 2024. Prior to this role, Connor worked at Devils Backbone Brewing Company from February 2021 to July 2024, where responsibilities included operating a 120-barrel automated Rolec Brewhouse, producing award-winning canned cocktails, and participating in cross-training with the R&D team to create innovative beers. Connor's career in the hospitality industry began at Sunrise On The Bund Hotel Shanghai, where roles spanned from Food and Beverage Manager to brewer and relationship manager from July 2010 to April 2020. Logistics coordination was performed at Rectron USA from July 2005 to May 2010. Connor holds multiple brewing and hospitality management certifications, including a Master Brewer Program certificate from Fachschule für Braumeister and a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from California State University, Fullerton.
