Terry Harley is an experienced Human Resources Director with a strong background in the hospitality industry. They served as Human Resources Manager at Grand Teton Lodge Company from 2008 to 2013, and have held roles as Human Resources Director at Devil's Thumb Ranch Resort & Spa and Buffalo Bill Center of the West since 2015 and 2018, respectively. Additionally, Terry was the Director of Human Resources at Snow King Resort from 2013 to 2015. They are currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Oregon and hold a Bachelor's Degree in Outdoor Parks and Recreation Administration from the University of Wyoming.
