Jeffrey DeVine

Jeffrey DeVine has been working in the IT industry since 1993. Jeffrey began their career at Hewlett-Packard as a Software Engineer, where they designed, tested, and implemented a Client Server document search and retrieval system on Microsoft Windows and UNIX platforms. In 1996, they moved to General Electric as a Software Architect, where they led the server development of a distributed multithreaded real time client server application for process optimization. Since 2000, they have been the Chief Executive Officer at DeVine Consulting, Inc., where they are responsible for overall management and leadership of a small IT Consulting firm. Jeffrey has obtained accounts with clients such as DHS, US Navy, US Air Force, US Navy, US Geological Survey, Environmental Protection Agency, USDA, Public Works Association, Broadcasting Board of Governors, Hewlett Packard and Escient Technologies, and has managed and lead employees across multiple engagements.

Jeffrey DeVine has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of California, Davis. Jeffrey also holds certifications in CISM (1220447), CISSP (332634), CSSLP (332634), PMP (1240749), and Project Management Professional from 11352.
