Adam Stępień

Adam Stępień is a seasoned professional in the field of IT consulting, presently serving as a Team Leader for Atlassian Consultants at Deviniti since December 2019. In this role, Adam develops strategies for global service delivery expansion, manages IT projects, oversees a team of consultants, and maintains strong client relationships. Adam has also held positions as an Atlassian Consultant and Engineer, where skills were honed in client relationship building, project management, and providing technical support for Atlassian products. Prior to joining Deviniti, Adam worked as a Business System Analyst at SerwisPrawa.pl sp. z o.o., focusing on business analysis, project management in agile environments, and customer experience enhancement. Adam holds a Master's degree in Finance from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business and a Bachelor's degree in Geology from the University of Wroclaw.
