Dorota Hechner

Dorota Hechner has a work experience that spans over several roles in various companies. In 2012, they worked as an EMEA Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Sourcer for Apple Retail at Korn Ferry Futurestep. From 2014 to 2020, they were with Hays, where they held several roles such as Senior Consultant, Team Leader, and Business Manager, specializing in consulting and recruitment services for sales and marketing roles across various industries. In 2020, they joined Devire as the Business Unit Manager for Permanent Recruitment, and later became the Manager and Director of Permanent Recruitment Warsaw. Dorota is currently working as the Head of Neumann Executive Advisory at Neumann Executive. Additionally, they are a member of the Chamber of Electronic Economy at Izba Gospodarki Elektronicznej since 2021.

Dorota Hechner's education history begins in the year 2008 when they started their Bachelor's degree in European Studies at the University of Warsaw. Dorota completed this degree in 2011. In the same year, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Institut für Translation und Mehrsprachige Kommunikation at Cologne University of Applied Sciences, finishing in 2011.

Moving forward, Hechner proceeded to obtain a Master's degree in Journalism and social communication from the University of Warsaw, which they started in 2012 and completed in 2014.

Later on, in 2016, they engaged in postgraduate studies in HR Business Partner at Kozminski University, concluding their studies in 2017.
