Łukasz Jankowicz

Łukasz Jankowicz has extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, having worked in various roles since 2005. Beginning as an intern at Hudson Global Resources, Jankowicz progressed to a Consultant at Cigno Consulting, where coordination of recruitment projects was key. Subsequent positions included Recruitment Specialist and Corporate Recruitment Manager at Polpharma, responsible for managing recruitment processes and teams across multiple regions. The role of HR Business Partner provided comprehensive support to the commercial division, focusing on recruitment and talent management. Jankowicz later held senior positions at Devire and Grupa Adamed, including National Practice Head for Life Sciences. Jankowicz possesses a Master's degree in Marketing & Management from the Warsaw School of Economics and an Engineer's Degree in Organisation & Management from Radom Technical University, complemented by a course from London Business School in Human Resources.
