Michal Mlynarczyk has extensive work experience in various positions. Michal served as the CEO of Devire since October 2016. Additionally, they were the Managing Partner at Devonshire Investment Group, a private equity/venture capital fund supporting Polish companies, starting from October 2016. Michal Mlynarczyk also became a Board Member at Neumann Executive in March 2019 and at Flaire in October 2020. Michal is expected to join The Shire as a Board Member in March 2023. Furthermore, they served as a Board Member at Polskie Forum HR since October 2019 and as a Board Advisor at Fabryka Owadow starting from July 2023. Earlier in their career, they had a successful tenure at Hays, holding various positions such as Managing Director Central & Eastern Europe, Managing Director Poland, and Senior Consultant/Manager. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant at Qantum and as an IT Resourcer at Hudson.
Michal Mlynarczyk began their education in 1996 at the University of Warsaw, where they pursued a Master's Degree in Applied Social Sciences (ISNS). Michal continued their education at the same university, enrolling in a PhD program in Economics, which is still in progress as of now. In 2001, Michal Mlynarczyk attended the University of Sydney, earning a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a major in Human Resources. In 2010, they enrolled at Hult Ashridge, where they focused on studying Strategy & Finance. The following year, in 2011, Michal Mlynarczyk attended IMD to study Orchestration Winning Performance.
