Mikołaj Makowski

Mikołaj Makowski is the Managing Director of Devire Poland, where they focus on building a market leader in IT, recruitment, business services, and HR outsourcing. Prior to this role, Mikołaj held various positions, including Director of IT Contracting at Hays and CEO at Port Biznesu Sp. z o. o. They began their career as an IT Specialist at Polprogress and later worked in sales and operations roles at IBM and Engave Sp. z o. o. Mikołaj holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Warsaw Trade and Law University and furthered their education at the Warsaw School of Economics.
