Robert Blazyca

Robert Blazyca is an experienced recruitment and HR consulting professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Devire Czechia since September 2016, Robert has held several leadership roles within the company, including Director of International Development and Country Manager for Devire Czech Republic. Prior to Devire, Robert was the Director at CERN Poland / DEVONSHIRE Group from July 2013 to April 2021, focusing on recruitment in technical, central functions, and SSC/BPO. Robert's experience also includes significant positions at HAYS Poland, where roles included Regional Director and Regional Manager, covering the southern regions of Poland. Robert holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Silesia in Katowice.
