Rouven Nagel

Rouven Nagel has held various leadership positions at DEVK Versicherungen since January 2013, currently serving as a member of the management board and leading the Human Resources and Core Issues department, overseeing personnel planning, cost planning, HR IT system development, and compensation system innovation. Previously, Nagel directed the claims department with responsibilities for SAP FS-CM module maintenance and claims controlling, and prior to that, managed the claims teams in the Rheinland-Pfalz region. Additionally, Nagel worked as a lecturer at BWV Bildungsverband, teaching marketing and sales topics relevant for insurance and finance qualifications. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Economic Informatics from Cologne University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from PFH Private Hochschule Göttingen, among other qualifications in insurance and finance.
