Mariia Petrova

Mariia Petrova is currently the Head of Partnerships at DevKit, where they focus on building high-performance remote teams and delivering custom software solutions to startups and scaleups. Prior to this, Mariia served as a Lead Generation Manager at Uvik Software and held various roles including Lead Generation Specialist at The Codest and Business Development Representative at DashDevs LLC. They began their career in HR at Anuitex and have a foundational education from the National University of Civil Protection of Ukraine. Mariia's mission involves helping businesses scale sustainably while minimizing hiring challenges.
