Joe Lepage

Joe LePage is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in communications, community development, and storytelling. Currently serving as a Storyteller at DevLab Creative, LLC since October 2022, Joe employs video recording, editing, and website creation to convey narratives. As the Communication & Community Development Director for the City of Lebanon, Indiana since December 2014, Joe specializes in strategic community development, economic development, public relations, marketing, and relationship-building. Previous roles include Market Manager for Lebanon City Market, Director of Marketing Communications for the Boone County Economic Development Corporation, and various positions in broadcasting, such as Reporter/Fill-In Anchor at WXIN TV and Assistant News Director at WLFI TV 18. Joe's educational background includes a degree in Broadcast Journalism from the Ohio Center for Broadcasting and various studies in Elementary Education.
