Isabel Ballen

Isabel Ballen is a Senior Technical Recruiter at Devlane since November 2023, bringing extensive experience in talent acquisition from previous roles. Prior to their current position, Isabel took a sabbatical leave from March to October 2023 after serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for The Americas at Sana Commerce, where contributions included establishing partnerships with major universities in New York. Isabel's background also includes a role as a Talent Acquisition Analyst at Stanley Black & Decker, where Isabel helped establish the Global Shared Service Center in Colombia and was recognized with a WIN Award.
