Ihor Polych

Ihor Polych is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as the CEO of Devlight since December 2015, where responsibilities include orchestrating growth, expanding global presence, and overseeing strategy and client relationships. Previously, as COO of Devlight, Ihor focused on optimizing operations to meet strategic targets. Additionally, since January 2024, Ihor has held positions as a Board Member and VP of International Relationship at IT Ukraine Association. Ihor Polych holds a Master's degree in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Management/Finance from IFNTUOG, completed in 2016 and 2015, respectively.
