Andy Rhodes

Andy Rhodes is the Illinois Line Manager at DEVNET Incorporated since April 2022. Prior to this role, Andy served as the Director of Information Technology for Champaign County, where Andy was responsible for the development and implementation of technology solutions for the county government. Andy has also held roles such as Business Applications Manager, Network/Financial Analyst, and Tax Extension Specialist during their time at Champaign County. Andy holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
