Chinmay Nerurkar

Chinmay Nerurkar is currently a Staff ML Engineer in Ads at Netflix, leveraging expertise in AI and machine learning to drive innovations in advertising technology. Previously, Chinmay held significant roles at Microsoft, where they contributed to the development of Microsoft Copilot, and at Xandr, leading cross-company engineering initiatives in data science and machine learning. An alumnus of New York University with a Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Chinmay is also a BCS Fellow and an AI2030 Senior Fellow, advocating for responsible AI development. Additionally, Chinmay has served in academic roles, mentoring and teaching the next generation of engineers.
