Anya Kricsfeld

Anya Kricsfeld is a highly experienced professional in the technology and customer support sectors, currently serving as the Vice President of Global Technical Support at Devo since April 2024. Previously, Anya held the position of Vice President of Customer Success at Coalfire from November 2021 to April 2024 and worked at Dell EMC as Program Director of Customer Experience from January 2017 to October 2021. Anya's career includes significant roles at RSA, The Security Division of EMC, where responsibilities encompassed leading customer experience initiatives and refining operational delivery models to enhance customer and employee satisfaction. Anya began a career in customer support and security research with Archer Technologies and Computer Associates, building a strong foundation with degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from East Central University and an M.S. in Computer Science from Purdue University.
