Enterprise teams are not struggling to find an AI strategy. They are struggling to find people who can actually execute one.
Consultants deliver roadmaps. Vendors sell licenses. DevObsessed does something different. We embed directly into your team with senior engineers who have done this work in production — not in theory — and we build the capability, the workflows, and the habits your team needs to deliver differently because of AI.
Our Supervised Slingshot™ engagement is where transformation starts. Five structured weeks that shift a cross-functional team from AI-curious to AI-native, with mob elaboration, adoption coaching, and measurement built in. The teams we work with do not just learn new tools. They learn a new way to work.
And when the engagement ends and the transformation needs to scale, we are still there. Our engineers do not disappear when the methodology lands. They stay embedded, keep building, and become the senior technical capacity your team needs to sustain what we built together.
Strategy without execution is a document. We deliver both.
