Julia Shaw is passionate about connecting consumers to the people behind each cup of coffee while driving growth that supports coffee-growing communities and fosters a sustainable future for the industry. Currently, Julia serves as the Head of Marketing at Devocion USA, where they oversee global marketing strategy and e-commerce operations. Julia previously held roles as E-commerce Manager and Wholesale Account Representative, managing the development of e-commerce platforms and expanding wholesale coffee accounts in Bogotá, Colombia. They also contributed to sustainability efforts as a Communications and Outreach Intern at Boston University Institute for Global Sustainability. Julia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sustainable Development and a minor in Business Administration from Boston University.
