Ardiana Oruci

Ardiana Oruci is the Head of People at Devolver Digital, a prominent video game publisher and developer, since August 2021. With extensive experience in human resources, Ardiana has served as an HR Consultant for multiple clients since 2015 and held the position of Global Head of HR at Ocean Infinity from June 2019 to January 2021. Prior roles include Director HR Business Partner EMEA at Undertone and interim positions such as Head of People at Green Day Advisors and International HR Manager at Good Powered by BlackBerry. Ardiana's career began in recruitment as a Headhunter at Eligis Select Limited and KennedyPearce Consulting. Ardiana holds a BA (Hons) in Business Administration and HR from London Metropolitan University.
