Jenny Ryding

Jenny Ryding is the Head of Finance Transformation at Devon County Council, bringing extensive experience as a Finance Project Manager within government administration. They hold an MA (Oxon) in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Oxford. Previously, Ryding has held various roles, including Director at co cars ltd and Associate Country Manager at PCG Advisory Services Ltd, where they managed operations in health, social care, education, and technology consulting. They also served as Head of Small Business Tax at HM Treasury, advising on tax policy for small businesses. Ryding completed an internship at Public Consulting Group, contributing to multiple commercial projects across the United States.
