Mark Walker is the Head of Education, Quality and Inclusion for North and Mid Devon and serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the National Middle Schools’ Forum, where they lead and support middle schools across the United Kingdom. They previously held the position of Headteacher at Swanmead Community School from 2011 to 2021 and served as Chairperson for the National Middle Schools Forum from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, Mark worked as a Senior Teacher at The Quantock Federation from 2000 to 2011 and is currently an Education and Leadership Consultant at Walker Education and Leadership Consultancy. Mark earned a Bachelor of Education from the University of Plymouth in 1999.
