Simon Kitchen

Simon Kitchen is currently the Head of Communities at Devon County Council, where they lead on community development, establish relationships with local partners, and support the most vulnerable groups. Previously, Simon held various roles, including Implementation Manager at AMP Financial Services and Contact Council Member for the Cabinet Office. They have also served as Head of Strategy, Policy, and Organisational Change at Devon County Council, focusing on community safety, development, and resilience. Simon studied History at St Davids University College and completed a Law Postgraduate degree at the University of Exeter.
