Andrew Rickett has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, starting as a Roustabout at Northern Oilfield Services, Inc. from January 2011 to June 2012. Following this, Andrew worked as a Lease Operator at G3 Operating, LLC for a brief period in June 2012. From January 2014 to December 2014, Andrew served in multiple roles, including Lead Lease Operator and Production Maintenance Foreman, at Halcon Resources Corporation. Andrew continued to develop skills as a Production Maintenance Foreman at Bruin E&P Operating, LLC from September 2017 to March 2021, and later as a Lead Operator at Enerplus from March 2021 to December 2021. After a position as Sr. Maintenance Tech and Production Foreman at Grayson Mill Energy from December 2021 to April 2022, Andrew currently holds the position of Production Foreman at Devon Energy since October 2024. Andrew earned an Associate's degree from Bismarck State College.
