Chance Rose is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial operations, currently serving as the Lead Accountant on the Acquisition and Divestiture Accounting Team at Devon Energy since November 2011. With a background that includes roles as Sr Staff Financial Accountant and JV Staff Accountant, Chance has developed expertise in transaction analysis and settlement statement preparation. In addition to a robust accounting career, Chance has dedicated time to youth ministry, progressing from assistant Youth Pastor to head Youth Pastor at New Heights Baptist Church since 2014. Academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Leadership and Organizational Development from Oklahoma Christian University and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma.
