Curt Hibbert is an experienced automation professional with a robust background in engineering and management. Currently serving as the Automation Lead at Devon Energy since May 2013, Curt develops automation standards, including HMI and PLC standards. Prior roles include Construction Manager at Shafer, Kline & Warren, Inc., where Curt coordinated I&E construction for gas compression stations, and various positions at Imation, ranging from PI&C Engineer to Production Supervisor, where responsibilities encompassed PLC and HMI upgrades, programming, and production oversight. Early career experience at 3M included significant contributions to the Coater 51 startup. Curt holds a BS in Business from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
