David Rust

David Rust has a diverse background in the financial and energy sectors, with extensive experience in various roles. From January 1996 to January 2002, David served as a Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive at Longbeach Mortgage, followed by a position as a Mortgage Loan Officer at A-Plus Mortgage until January 2008. David transitioned to Wells Fargo as a Business Banking Relationship Manager and Commercial Loan Officer from January 2008 to February 2012. Following this, David worked at Devon Energy from March 2012 to May 2019 as an SAP/CMMS Planner/Scheduler. In May 2019, David became self-employed as a Damage Prevention Inspector, overseeing Kinder Morgan gas line projects until November 2020, after which David took on the role of RLF CARES Act Director at UBAOG until May 2023. David Rust holds a degree in Business and Personal/Financial Services Marketing Operations from the University of Utah and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Dixie State University.
