Jay Allman has a diverse background in the energy sector, currently serving as a Lease Operator II at Devon Energy since March 2024. Previous positions include Environmental Specialist at MHT Consulting LLC, Production Technician at Oxy, and Lease Operator at Coterra Energy, where extensive experience in various lifting techniques such as Rod lift, Plunger lift, ESP, Jet Pump, and Gas lift was gained.
