Justin Plummer

Justin Plummer has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, holding various engineering and managerial roles. As a Facilities Engineer at Kodiak Oil & Gas, Inc. and Whiting Petroleum Corporation, Justin specialized in the design of well pad and facilities, collaborating closely with construction and operations teams. At Steffes Corporation, Justin worked as a Project Engineer, focusing on heater treater design. In leadership roles such as Facilities Superintendent at Grayson Mill Energy and Senior Facility Superintendent at Devon Energy, Justin has overseen the design, construction, and management of facilities for various artificial lift methods, while also preparing budgets and maximizing capital efficiency. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Dakota State University and a Master's degree in Project Management from the University of Mary.
