Ryan Loveless

Ryan Loveless is a seasoned Health and Safety Professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently at Devon Energy since October 2018, Ryan leads teams to enhance safety protocols in field operations and workover rigs. Prior to this role, Ryan served as a Health Safety Environment Advisor at Crestwood Midstream Partners LP, ensuring operator safety during propane transloading activities across multiple states. At BP America, Ryan held various positions, including Health and Safety Advisor, where significant achievements included managing safety for over 150 employees and improving safety leadership engagement by 100%. Ryan’s career began at BSI Services as a Safety and Rescue Technician, providing crucial safety services during key operational phases. Educationally, Ryan attended the Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design between 1994 and 1997.
