Stan Ruffner

Stan Ruffner, MHR, has extensive experience in the field of human resources, currently serving as a Manager at Devon Energy since September 2006, where previous roles included Human Resources Advisor, Senior Human Resources Representative, Talent Acquisition Advisor, Lead Recruiter, and Recruiter. In addition to a strong HR background, Stan recently worked as an Emergency Medical Technician at Miller EMS from August 2022 to December 2023. Stan Ruffner earned a Master’s degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the same institution.
