Wayne McPherson

Wayne McPherson is a seasoned professional in the oil and gas industry with over three decades of experience. Since November 2014, Wayne has served as a Senior Engineering Advisor on the Base Production Engineering Team at Devon Energy, specializing in the Eagle Ford region. Prior to this role, Wayne held the position of Senior Operations Engineer at Equal Energy US from July 2012 to October 2014 and was President of Highland Resources, Inc. from 2002 to 2012. Wayne's career also includes significant positions at Mobil Oil, where responsibilities ranged from Operations Engineer to Production Superintendent, spanning from 1988 to 2002. Wayne earned a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma between 1983 and 1987.
