Wes Winters

Wes Winters is an experienced Directional Driller with a comprehensive background in the oil and gas industry, holding positions at numerous reputable companies. Currently serving as a Directional Driller at Devon Energy since November 2022, Wes has previously worked as an Analyst at MOTIVE Drilling Technologies and held various roles at Baker Hughes, including Directional Driller where responsibilities included organizing drilling operations to enhance efficiency. Additional experience includes serving as a Directional Driller at Nzone Guidance and a Senior Contract Directional Driller at DMB Resources. Wes's expertise also extends to independent consulting, having worked as an independent petroleum consultant and Directional Driller with New Tech Global. Wes earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Mechanization and Ag Ed from Sam Houston State University.
