Shruthi Shah has over 15 years of experience in travel and HR operations, currently serving as Lead of the Travel Desk and HR Operations at DevOn since November 2015. Prior roles include Senior Specialist in HR Operations and Travel and HR and Travel Coordinator. Shruthi's background encompasses extensive experience in visa processing for clients traveling to the Netherlands, Germany, and the USA, as well as managing travel arrangements and query resolutions in previous positions at BCD Travel and Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd. Shruthi began a career in travel consulting with Kingfisher Airlines, where responsibilities included air ticket bookings and training customer care executives. Educationally, Shruthi completed a diploma at SJP Bangalore after graduating from Carmel Convent Jayanagar.
