We are a property developer based in Devon. An independent award-winning house builder with a wealth of experience and a wide-ranging portfolio of homes across the South West of England.

Devonshire Homes can offer a home for everyone ranging from one bedroom apartments through to detached executive homes. The same amount of attention to detail and quality will be applied to every home.

Backed by a skilled team Devonshire Homes has the customer in mind from day one; from purchasing the land; the design of the home; the constructing of the home; selling your home through to the after sales care.

Devonshire Homes has been successfully building homes in the South West since 1992 and in April 2008 became a wholly owned subsidiary of London and Devonshire Trust Ltd (LDT) www.londonanddevonshire.co.uk

Devonshire Homes has been the UK regional finalist twice with the NHBC Pride in the Job awards and NHBC National Winner for Health and Safety in 2012; this recognition is testament to the hard work and dedication of all the team.

Devonshire Homes has adopted the Consumer Code for Home Builders since its inception in 2010. The Code ensures purchasers are treated fairly and given reliable information.
