Don Fitzgerald

Don Fitzgerald has extensive experience in software engineering and development spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer at DevonWay since October 2008, Don specializes in the design and development of core platform elements and features, integrating various technologies. Prior to this role, Don held the position of Senior Software Engineer at EFI from December 1997 to September 2008, where responsibilities included serving as a technical lead for the Splash Product line on Xerox printers and mentoring junior and senior engineers. Don's career began as a Software Engineer at Indus International (1991-1997), where application development and customer support were primary duties, and further experience includes working as an Assistant Analyst II at Xerox-AFC Service Company from 1987 to 1991, focusing on coding, debugging, and system implementation. Don also briefly contributed as a contractor at SET Labs in 1987. Educationally, Don holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Portland, obtained from 1981 to 1987.
