Andre S. has over 10 years of professional experience in various roles. In 2011, they started their career as a Program & Project Manager at Softeam Cadextan. In 2014, they moved to Desjardins where they served as the Director of Projects and Programs for Card Services. In 2016, they became an Enterprise Agile Coach and Project/Program Manager at Management Consulting. In 2017, they took on the role of Lean-Agile Trainer at Innovance-Formation. In 2019, they became the Chief of Agile Practices and Continuous Improvement at Ville de Montréal. In 2020, they took on the role of Chief Executive Officer and Founder at HumanLearn, as well as Global DevOps Ambassador at the DevOps Institute. In 2021, they were invited to join the Forbes Coaches Council as an Official Member and Contributor, as well as the Board of Advisory Council at Harvard Business Review. In 2022, they became a Thinkers50 Global IDEAS@WORK.

Andre S. obtained a Master's degree in Software engineering and IT from EPITA: Ecole d'Ingénieurs en Informatique between 1999 and 2004. Andre has since obtained various certifications, including a Praticien de changement certifié(e) Prosci® from Prosci in December 2021, a Value Stream Management Foundation from DevOps Institute in October 2021, a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Practitioner from DevOps Institute in August 2021, a Disciplined Agile Value Stream Consultant (DAVSC) from Project Management Institute in April 2021, and an Agile Hybrid Project Pro from Project Management Institute in January 2021.
